Mental Health is our own journey. With the right tools, we can overcome the obstacles & improve with time. I believe no one should have to endure these obstacles alone and experience feelings of anxiety and stress. Individuals can also experience the challenge of depression, which can hinder one’s ability to reach their full potential.
My clinical experience has included working with diverse age groups. Primarily I have experience with Anxiety, Depression, and Grief counseling. With patience and time, I am hoping to utilize my clinical and personal experiences with future clients, to help them meet their goals. I focus on CBT, interpersonal, and supportive therapy.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a healthy relationship between my clients and I. Leaving each session to be a judgement free zone. I will encourage and gravitate towards emotional healing. I hope to promote emotional and personal growth, and improve one’s well-being. I also aspire to help my clients create a positive barrier within themselves.
