I strive to provide a safe space for my clients for reflection while serving as a guide and facilitator for their own self-discovery while simultaneously working on life’s challenges and relationship struggles. I have a unique passion in working with children to guide them in processing the challenges they face in their own family dynamics as they travel through their own growth and development.
My approach is to integrate concepts in family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and elements of solution focused therapy; through a systemic and humanistic lens. In working with children, I implement art, play, sand tray, and other therapeutic interventions aimed at engaging children in the therapeutic process.
