I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in perinatal mental health and parenting support. Juggling all the needs of self, family, work, & daily life can result in an overwhelming loss of control and losing one’s “self,” which takes a toll on your wellbeing. Whether you’re trying to find your new normal after the newest addition to your family, experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, trying to process a traumatic birth or NICU experience, or struggling to find parenting methods that work for your child/family, I can help. Raising children takes a village; I can be part of yours.
I have specialized training in and a passion for treating postpartum concerns (depression/anxiety/trauma) and supporting parents through the struggles of parenting. I aim to create a safe place where you feel seen and heard while providing support and empowerment. I can provide parenting resources to reduce overwhelm and improve connection with your child.
