As a therapist I meet individuals where they are right now and focus on where they want to be in order to live their best lives. I am an eclectic therapist who integrates several modalities including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-based Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I describe my approach to therapy as open, collaborative and empowering. I focus on helping individuals identify the change they want to make in their lives. And I work with them to create a path toward integrating change using coping strategies that fit best with each individual.
