I employ a warm and a person-centerered approach where I provide a safe space for you to reach your therapeutic and personal goals. My areas of specialty include, Depression, Anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and Brief psychotherapy. My sessions focused around identifying triggers to your symptoms and developing healthy coping mechanisms to help alleviate your symptoms. My treatment approach is guided by evidence-based practice, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness training.
