Having a safe space to talk can help you feel validated, heard and grounded. If you are feeling stressed in life, new or past struggles, feel overwhelmed, burned out or wanting to work on your self esteem and communication, with developing skills and processing internal changes we can make improvement to find that balance and bliss in life. You do not have to go through it alone. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist working with individuals and couples that need that safe space to improve in any way. I provide therapy in English and Spanish, work with the Latino community, POC and the LGBTQ+ community.
I have worked with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, adjustments/transitions in life, parenting, relationships, work related stress and some OCD. I have a client centered approach, working with CBT and DBT approaches along with utilizing Gottman therapy for couples.
