Hi my name is Brenda, and I am a licensed therapist, offering telehealth therapy that’s designed to make things easier for you. No extra trips, no need to rearrange your schedule. Just support when your child needs it most, right from home. I understand that parenting can be tough, especially when your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, big life changes or just feeling overwhelmed. You’re doing your best, and now you’re looking for help that actually fits your family’s needs, that’s where I come in.
I focus on creating a safe, judgment-free space for your child, but I also understand that parents need support too. I incorporate Parent-Child Interactive therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Play therapy and Expressive Art techniques. I use these approaches to help your child build their self-esteem, learn to communicate emotions and overcome obstacles.
