Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor credentials, located in Ohio. I have years of experience in community and office-based counseling, as well as tele-therapy. I have worked with clients from Developmental Pediatrics and adolescents, and Teenagers through adults with a variety of presenting problems such as depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, anger, trauma, phase of life changes, relationship issues, family issues and many more. My approach leans toward solution focused therapy, as I believe that unless the stressful issues that we deal with every day are resolved, we cannot focus on our mental health, because we are going back into the same situations that cause the issues.
