I am an EMDR Certified Therapist who can help those who are stuck in unwanted patterns caused by a traumatic past. I also offer cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, wellness, and strength-based modalities to help individuals resolve issues that are holding them from their lives. Telehealth in FL and GA.
