If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or lost we can work together to help reduce the dissatisfaction and discomfort you are currently experiencing in your life. I offer individual, couple and family therapy services. My approach is collaborative, supportive and creative to meet the individual needs of the clients and families I work with.
As a marriage and family therapist I emphasize the significance of interpersonal connections and specialize in working with clients from a systemic approach. Together we will develop effective problem solving strategies as we explore your relational experiences and how the negative aspects of your life may be impacting your overall functioning.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I have had significant experience working with young adults, couples and new parents. I am currently working towards a certification in perinatal therapy, specializing in working with individuals and couples impacted by fertility, pregnancy and postpartum stressors.
