I am a licensed professional counselor who works with anyone seeking solutions to everyday life problems. It takes courage to seek out therapy, and the therapist-client relationship is the foundation to effective therapy. I use a strength-based, holistic approach and am experienced in a wide range of presenting concerns including perinatal mental health, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I work with individuals from all walks of life, cultures, & religious/spiritual backgrounds. My goal is to help provide insight and the tools you need to feel empowered to cultivate lasting change in your life.
I view psychotherapy as a collaborative & relational process to promote self love, self discovery, healing, & growth. My therapeutic style is direct yet compassionate & nonjudgmental. I will work with you to find new ways to support your emotional & physical health through developing self-care rituals, healthy habits, &mindfulness practices.
