I am a trauma therapist who utilizes effective trauma treatment therapies. I practice using EMDR, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, and now Safe and Sound Protocal . All approaches work with the mind, body, and emotions to help support the movement through trauma. Our bodies are holding containers that will hold onto trauma until there is a pathway for release.
