Email is the best way to reach me. Hi, I’m Brecon. My therapeutic approach is trauma focused and strengths based. I use a gentle, yet direct approach with clients to work on the goals we have created together. I have found that this style allows me to work holistically with you, so we can bring you from where you are to where you would like to be in your wellness journey.
I believe in a holistic approach to wellness when it comes to supporting my clients because I have seen how trauma lives in the body, even years after a traumatic event. Our bodies want to communicate with us, together we can use a variety of methods, including EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, CBT and Play Therapy to help gain a better understand of the self.
I am also passionate about helping clients feel more connected in their relationships, this work could include exploring boundary setting, attachment issues, affect regulation and much more.
