I'm a Queen
I'm a Queen : Rebuilding Self-esteem one step at a time! The Group will consist of 6 women who will meet weekly to work on building their self-esteem. Each week their will be a new topic discussed concerning self-esteem. This group is part psychoeducation and part processing, Each participant will be given the Rosenburg Self Esteem scale, 3 times during the group. along with I'm a Queen T-shirt, Journal, and hygiene box. Group will be about an 1hr 30mins held on Saturday $65 per person paid before each session or $240 for 4weeks.
