I work with people who are struggling with difficult emotions. When our emotions take over, we are left feeling hopeless, self critical, alone, angry and confused. I am here to help. I guide individuals through anything from deep traumas to everyday stressors. I support people who are struggling to build and maintain meaningful and long lasting relationships. Individuals build a tool belt that empowers them to feel confident and resilient. Through DBT, CBT, and mindfulness, my clients start to connect back to their own wisdom, feel strong, and form deeper and more meaningful connections.
My therapeutic style is supportive and collaborative, empowering individuals to recognize and build on existing strengths. I specialize in individual and group therapy for adults. I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and strengths-based approaches to meet each client right where they are.

Ruminating thoughts? Focus Areas: Mindfulness- Focus on the present moment, overcome negative judgments about self and others. Distress Tolerance - Learn to accept, find meaning for, and effectively work through difficult situations. Interpersonal Effectiveness- Learn to ask for what you need, set healthy boundaries, be assertive and cope with interpersonal conflict.
