Hello, My name is Breanna Landa and I am a psychotherapist practicing in CA. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and addictions. I use a holistic and integrative approach to help my clients progress in their treatment goals. Often times we let our past wounding and protective parts run our lives however our work together can help heal this and connect to your authentic self. My approach is eclectic and I tailor my approach to my client's unique needs. Interventions range from cognitive behavioral, client-centered, or humanistic.
My approach is focused on setting a warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental tone. I have calm and personable energy, and my hope is that you feel comfortable opening up in sessions. Building on the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together.
