I have a passion for helping children and teens work towards wellness, inner peace and fulfill their life goals. I work to teach them emotional awareness and regulation, develop healthy coping strategies, build frustration tolerance and promote problem solving skills. Additionally, I treat college aged individuals and young adults. My experience with the LGBTQ+ community, supporting college students with adjusting it to their new environment and expectations and assisting with Executive Functioning issues and transitioning into their next phase of life has been extremely rewarding!
I strongly believe in the strength and resilience that each person has to heal and grow. By meeting each client where they are, and engaging them in the process, we are able to determine an individualized treatment plan to assist them with their goals and build skills that will assist them.
When people are seeking services, they are usually experiencing difficulties, or wanting to help their children with the struggles that they are having.
