I am the co-founder of One Step at a Time Therapy Center. I have ten years of experience working with individuals and couples. I provide a neutral, nonjudgmental and compassionate environment that helps you throughout your journey of becoming a better version of yourself. My approach is solution focused, short term therapy. I am direct in my approach and work best with clients who are ready and motivated towards making change. I use a psycho-dynamic lens to help you get to the root of your core beliefs and values so that we may challenge them as needed to create the change you seek to make in your life.
I seek to provide you with education, insight and tools so that you can continue your journey of growth long after therapy. I work with couples who are dating, engaged or married. I use evidence-based tools and approaches (Imago dialogue & Gottman Method) to help you achieve long-term positive effects in your relationship.
Although I am only in-network with Cigna and Horizon BCBS plans (traditional and managed care plans), I work with ALL insurance companies as long as you have out of network benefits.
