I have spent the past 4 years working with children, teens, families and young adults with a trauma informed, person centered approach. I use my trainings in EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT and IFS lens models to work with individuals who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, and ADHD.
