Whether you are seeking help as an individual or couple, it is my desire that you find personal empowerment and build meaningful relationships. Using attachment science, I will help you recognize relational patterns and build lasting change. I specialize in cases of relationship issues, communication challenges, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, and life transitions (i.e., divorce or postpartum issues) with adult individuals and couples.
With attachment-focused technique, I will help you find emotional balance through enhanced self-insight and a deepened ability to create genuine connection with others. People often get stuck in dysfunction, and together, we will work to create change events that lead you out of that stuckness and to a strong, competent sense of self.
