I am trained in EMDR and specialize in supporting parents as they navigate through prenatal and postpartum needs, birth trauma, NICU experiences, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Transitioning into each stage of life is not easy and often doesn’t match the picture of what you thought it would be. My therapeutic style is derived from a variety of modalities, including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and solutions-focused. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and trauma therapy.
