I apply an integrative, holistic approach that examines each person's experience while taking into account the context in which they exist. The foundation of my work is establishing a brave space of safety and trust, while embracing compassion, empathy, non-judgment and openness.
I am trained in Individual, Family and Couples Psychotherapy. Over the past 12 years I have worked in various settings, including: outpatient therapy, adolescent residential treatment, Trauma ICU, Hospice, Pediatric Oncology, Pediatric ED, Labor and Delivery, and NICU. I enjoy working with the resiliency of the human spirit!
