A clinician for almost 30 years, I believe no matter what you are experiencing, relief is always possible. The past Informs the present and when we see the patterns that no longer serve us, in therapy we dismantle them. This opens us to more joy, less stress and a new freedom. Counseling offers the gift of possibility, clarity of choice and opening of gratitude. I offer a safe container for detangling, processing and considering.
As a CPCS, I also offer clinical supervision to LAPC’s as well as those seeking professional development after licensure. Supervision can include both individual and group. A book I recommend to all therapists, new and experienced is “THE HEART AND SOUL OF THE THERAPIST” by Dr Stephen Howard
