My name is Brandy Mohn and I became a therapist in order to empower others as they find their own paths of meaning and purpose. I integrate trauma-informed Expressive Arts Therapy with more traditional treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Existential-Humanistic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I have a BA in Religious Studies, focused on Eastern philosophy and comparative spiritual pathways. I received my Master’s degree in clinical Social Work, during which time I focused on life transitions, particularly the stage of emerging adult
I am currently accepting adult telehealth clients; however, I will begin offering in-person sessions in a studio setting for teens and adults in September 2024. I believe that we are driven to make meaning out of our experiences and that we all have the power to create a life of purpose. Sometimes we need a space to heal and connect as we create!
