Together, we will decide which types of interventions work best for you: talk therapy, faith-based practices, practical problem-solving, trauma-informed care, or creative techniques like art or narrative approaches. We will explore your thought-life through mindfulness and cognitive work to shift unhelpful thinking patterns and open up new ways of thinking.
