I am a client-centered and strengths based therapist. I have experience in various programs and settings providing mental health therapy and counseling services to children, adolescents, adults and family systems. Over the years I have worked with individuals seeking support and guidance in a variety of areas; mainly focused in the areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, mood disorders, family conflict, parenting struggles and social relationships.
My approach is to offer compassion, support, and a safe space for clients. I utilize Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Focused and Mindful therapy approaches throughout treatment to meet a client's specific and individualized needs.
