I specialize in depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, childhood trauma, and narcissistic abuse. I employ many different types of therapy because there is no "one size fits all" approach. My favorites are DBT and Narrative therapy. I want to hear your story!
My goal as a counselor, and life in general, is to create a space where you feel seen and heard without judgment, with honesty and trust as we work together to meet your goals.
