I am available for online video therapy. Through video therapy, I hope to provide you with an opportunity to access therapy no matter where you are, physically, mentally, or emotionally. I hope to provide you with increased flexibility and comfort, while accommodating busy and complex demands of every day life.
This mode of therapy is ideal for you if: 1) you have an incredibly busy schedule and juggling various responsibilities, 2) you can’t make it into an office
or find it difficult to leave your home, 3) are uncomfortable with the possibility of being seen walking into an office, or 4) are in a place where in-person therapy is limited or not available.
