As a clinician, I take great pride in treating my clients not as just a collection of diagnoses and symptoms but rather as a real person to be listened to and related to on a human to human level. I do my best to keep the administrative tasks at a minimum so we can focus on what’s most important; your healing and growth. In our work, you'll get a straightforward, no nonsense approach that keeps you, the person, at center stage.

My approach is an eclectic one but draws mostly from a more philosophical model where I help you to empower your logic and free will to help you heal. Additionally, I'm trained in EMDR, a newer and very powerful therapeutic model, used mostly in the treatment of trauma.
