Therapy can be a great space for figuring out what you want out of life and creating the roadmap to make it happen. I always want your perspective to be heard and your feelings to be validated. Together, we’ll move at a pace that’s comfortable for you. You’re in control here. I love seeing people redirecting their energy, putting in a little effort, and experiencing relief. I often see people feeling really motivated by this, gaining a sense of empowerment to keep going, and take back control of their lives – shifting away from just surviving to actually thriving.
I work with people on a variety of areas, from anxiety, phobias, grief and depression to relationship conflict, life transitions, stress, and exploring your identity and place in the world. My favorite part of being a therapist is supporting people in getting what they want from life. Things can get better and even surpass our expectations.
I am proud to say I’m able to create a space where people feel safe to talk about vulnerable things, like BIPOC folks discussing microaggressions, queer people facing discrimination, or couples experiencing sexual issues. We need each other to get through life. Sometimes, we need a bit of support to get through tough chapters. Why not give that to yourself?
