My expertise is working with trauma, uncovering how the past reflects the present, stress and anxiety, ADHD & neurodivergence, and clients in the LGBTQIA+, disability, academic, and Jewish communities.
I am an EMDR therapist with a history working with the LGBTQ+ (incl. trans and poly), Jewish and BIPOC communities, as well as individuals navigating trauma, ADHD, career and school issues, academia, and being a therapist. All shapes, sizes, identities, backgrounds, and beliefs are welcome!
