I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Metropolitan State University in Denver Colorado with over fourteen years of experience in social work, starting with organizing for labor and community campaigns, followed by working with veterans who were experiencing homelessness.
I work with individual adults and couples, providing talk therapy from a Humanistic-strengths based perspective, while assisting clients in addressing issues related to their anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use and abuse, self-regulation, wellness and growth.
