Being a mother is hard work. It is very rewarding but it does come with it’s stressors—more so now that we are in the middle of a pandemic. It’s a demanding role and it may seem impossible to find the time to catch your breath. You can find yourself overwhelmed or underwhelmed by motherhood and that can be stressful in itself. Motherhood can bring on feelings of sadness and anxiety to the point where you need someone to walk you through those feelings. I can help you walk through and work through those feelings. You will learn to cope, while continually being a great mother, and learn to incorporate taking care of yourself as well.
I will help you process your situation and establish coping skills to manage those feelings. We will work on being present, recognizing your strengths, turning weaknesses into strengths, and learning tools to make life as a mother easier on your mind. You will find your self less stressed, overwhelmed, and sad.
I am more than happy to help you work through the issues you are facing. Please reach out to me with any questions via email or visit hammondpsychologicalservices.com
