Welcome! I have been in the mental health field since 2005 in a variety of different settings such as individual and family therapy, residential setting, in home and at school setting. I use an eclectic approach in practice to help my clients with their symptom management and meeting their personal goals and needs to the best of their abilities. I have had training in TF-CBT and have experience in helping clients with managing depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, family issues, grief/loss, as well as others. I see clients ages 12 and up.
