Hello and welcome! For over 3 years, I have been intrigued by the resiliency and persistence of the clients that have worked with me. If you have suffered from a traumatic experience, a difficult childhood, or you recognize that you are driven to make choices that do not align with your ideal self, I would be honored to help you silence the limiting thoughts in your head for good. I want to help you find what is stopping you from enjoying your life fully and make changes. I practice what I preach in my personal life, through meditation, family, spirituality, and the most stress reduction comes from practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
I like to be creative and personalize each session to meet the unique needs of each client. I use a range of modalities to inform my interventions, including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
While we cannot control the difficult experiences life throws our way, we can choose to face them constructively and find our peace.
