Hello-I am a licensed clinical social worker who enjoys work with individuals and couples. I am certified in complex trauma treatment, as well as a certified recovery coach. I have been providing therapy since 2006 and assist clients with trauma, grief, addiction, and relationship issues, and ultimately help clients make positive changes in their lives.
I incorporate use of somatic therapy to use a body and mind approach to process emotions. Everyone has some form of trauma that often cannot be resolved through thoughts. Learning tools to engage the body and calm the nervous system is essential in trauma therapy.
