My approach involves working on specific, achievable goals that we set together. I listen and provide a safe space to talk. Together we'll apply evidence-based, scientific strategies session-by-session and begin putting the pieces together. Soon, the mind and body start to slow down, and your inner, outer and relational worlds begin to make more sense.
