Brandi provides individual and family therapy for individuals (and their families) ages 3-18. She offers a DBT skill-based group. Brandi is skilled in working with trauma, behavioral problems (often secondary to ADHD, autism, ODD, or conduct disorder), and mood, anxiety, and stress.
Brandi’s approach is rooted in attachment- and relationship-focused theories. She utilizes client-centered approaches, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT, including trauma-focused, or TF-CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and parent training. Brandi is currently pursuing training in EMDR.
Brandi Arndt is a Licensed Master Level Social Worker who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families. She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, residential treatment facilities, women’s shelters, youth-attended care shelters, and outpatient mental health clinics.
