Mental health challenges affect us all and I firmly believe that access to help shouldn't be a barrier. Whether you have childhood trauma, relationship issues, struggle with anxiety or depression (postpartum or not), or simply need a listening ear or sounding board to help you through a difficult time, I'm trained to assist with a myriad of daily and long-term issues. I work well with youth and adults and take most major insurances, including Medicaid, to ensure access to affordable, effective care for all. I also actively seek out trainings to hone my skills often to better serve you!
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy working with children and youth who have experienced trauma and AutPlay therapy working with neurodivergent children and youth. I am eager to work with adults as well and can assist with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, work/life balance, parenting and much more!
