With over twenty (20) years of experience working alongside individuals and families in a variety of clinical settings, my clinical approach begins with meeting you where you are at, without judgement or preconceived notions. We'll explore techniques like mindfulness to help regulate our nervous system as well as other therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT and positive psychology to help achieve meaningful changes in your life!
