I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in Ohio with over 10 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I use two treatment approaches CBT and Narrative Therapy.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is the most common one amongst therapist as it helps an individual to challenge thoughts and emotions that may lead to undesirable behaviors. I enjoy using narrative therapy as this approach helps individuals write or re-write their story to a more desirable one.

As long as an individual is committed to making some changing I also make that same commitment to help in the ways that I am professionally able too. It takes a lot of will to ask for help, but everyone needs help some time. I want to provide that to you. I look forward to working with you.
