I have experience working with a wide variety of issues including substance abuse, codependency, divorce, parenting, physical/sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, stage of life issues, crisis intervention, self esteem and school/employment stressors, etc.
The practice works with people ages 4+. I have an eclectic treatment method that will be adapted to meet your needs. I am committed in working collaboratively with you to ensure that our time together is about you and meeting your needs.

Walking the Path of Wellness
Explore the benefits of movement within your mental health! We will walk up to a mile taking frequent breaks. In the case of inclement weather, group will be moved to our office, 1 Adler Dr. Group is $30/group or $100 for all.

Advanced DBT Group
This group is for people who have already completed a DBT program and want to continue to advance their skills. Learn new DBT skills and put them to practice. Work toward being more present in your everyday life, manage your emotions and have better relationships. Group is 6 weeks via ZOOM
