Hailing from an immigrant family with modest means, I enlisted in the military to pursue my educational aspirations. Throughout my military service, frequent relocations afforded me the chance to engage with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and religions. I learned to appreciate our differences. However, these differences sometimes create conflict on the inside and also on the outside.
I specialize in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to effectively address and treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, panic disorder, and trauma.
