Religious Trauma Group
For those who have experienced rejection, invalidation, or abuse connected to religion, peace may seem out of reach. The quest for self-fulfillment often includes re-examining goals, values, beliefs, relationships, and truths. It can be a challenging and isolating process, but there is hope. This group welcomes adults from all faiths of origin who are in all phases of this journey.
