I am a Licensed Psychologist with thirty-five years of experience. I use traditional methods such as talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral methods and mindfulness/meditation. I also offer hypnotherapy for weight control and smoking cessation, and EMDR for deep insight.
I have had a personal meditation practice for many years and am always happy to discuss your questions regarding your practice or your desire to have one. We can talk about how meditation can help you with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem, as well as with understanding your unique meditation experiences.
