I’m Bori, a therapist and a trauma-specialist. Let me first say this: thank you very much for being who you are. I do appreciate that you are on this healing journey to care for your inner child and find your own voice. I appreciate that you have made such a courage to take a step towards your healing journey. No matter where you are or which season you are in, your story matters. Your struggle matters. Your being matters. Your inner child matters.
I have been helping those, both men and women (20s-40s), who struggle with childhood trauma or adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), sexual trauma, relational trauma, and depression with or without ADHD tendencies. Based on the humanistic approach, I have integrated Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) into my practice, a framework by Dr. Dan Siegel.
Healing might not be easy at the moment, but I will be walking alongside you. Healing is never linear, that you may experience a set-back or fall-back. I will do my best to hold a space for you, right at where you are. Your tears are welcome. All your feelings are welcome.
