For over 35 years I have been helping people struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I also work with emotional problems connected to health issues, work-related stress or problems, family dynamics, eating disorders, the emotional strains of infertility, postpartum depression, and loss and grief.
Therapy is a process that we will undertake together. I will provide a safe environment and a trusting relationship, be an active listener, help you clarify your thoughts and feelings, guide you in understanding your personal history, and work with you toward your personal goals. For couples, I will help you change patterns that are not working for you.
