I also have been a vocational rehabilitation counselor specializing in deafness, hearing loss, TBI, and developmental disabilities for the past 14 years, so I bring a wealth of knowledge about disabilities, local resources, and employment success. I believe you can reclaim control of your life!
I'm a holistic counselor working with clients to shift their thoughts and emotions toward greater joy and wellbeing. I use Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, biofeedback, mindfulness, and cognitive reframing. I help shift the energy field in conjunction with shifting the mind, which creates greater ease of transition out of the old paradigm and into joy.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
