I have been a Psychotherapist for the past 23 years. I am trained in and utilize a number of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral, ISTDP (Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy), Art, SandPlay. At present, I am only doing Telemental Health sessions with Adults and Couples. I take Insurance, as well, as Private Pay Clients.
