As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with a specialization in early attachment, I love to support clients to access the incredible power of their own bodies. Focusing on body awareness, mindfulness and empathy, I hold a safe, compassionate space for my clients to move from old traumatic behaviors, thoughts and relational patterns toward freedom and joy. Together, we bring loving attention not only to what hurts but to the self underneath. I love seeing how inner growth helps people shape a life of real connection and creativity.
With twenty years of somatic movement, touch and meditation practice, I’m able to teach my clients to be present with their own body and to regulate their nervous system. I blend several research-based neural-repatterning modalities which gently train the brain toward new, more empowering pathways.
I’m continually inspired by the power people find in themselves to heal and by the incredible internal and spiritual resources available to us. It’s so exciting to see the change that happens for my clients not only in their relationships but also in their ability to enjoy life and move toward their dreams. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
